Presentation method
There will be a series of presentations and demonstrations relevant to the workshop and the business. After each presentation, there will be discussions to ensure the participants understand the issues. In addition there will also be a series of exercises, during which participants will be encouraged to relate their work to the presentations. Facilitators will also provide feedback on the exercises.

The  participants will also be encouraged to play an active role in the workshop. Participants will be encouraged to take part in a variety of exercises, as well as discuss various elements of the workshop and related issues.

Each participant will also receive a comprehensive set of notes relating to the presentations. In addition, the notes will contain a series of useful tips and check lists, which can be used immediately. A limited amount of direct support, via e-mail and telephone, will also be available from Migrators following each workshop.

This  training workshop is provided as an independent module, allowing it to be combined with other modules, as required.  If required, this workshop module can also be provided at a greater level of detail.
