Requirement
A national government has
embarked on a series major initiatives to modernise its welfare services.
This was undertaken in partnership with a major outsourcing services
provider. A number of large programmes had been established to modernise
all the key welfare areas including: child support, employment benefits,
and pensions.
There was a need to ensure that
the common programme management procedures were used. There was also a
need to ensure that the various programmes co-ordinated with each other
