Requirements
The
portal provides Internet-enabled handsets (WAP Phones) with a new, low cost,
internet based Mobile Service ISP. The customer experience is enhanced by
offering customers that used the Portal the content and applications of a
Global Internet Portal (GIP), for many of their lifestyle needs including:

Approach
The
project website was designed as a virtual customer care website, which
involved used Broadvision to produce online e-CRM and web content and WHL
for producing WAP web content. Geneva was used for billing and Barron
McCann was used for credit card transactions, the Portal had the following

Outcome
Successful
introduction of the live web
portal in the middle of 2000, for the UK, with European launch scheduled
for the end of 2000.
